Return and Refund Policy

At Oxvend, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You will need your order number and a brief description of the issue.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@oxvend.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@oxvend.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials or items marked as final sale.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe above, first check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary. If you have done that and still have not received it, email us at support@oxvend.com and we will look into it.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
